It looks like the newest game in the Tom Clancy Rainbow Six franchise won’t be Patriots but Rainbow Six Siege. It will be available in 2015 on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and was inspired by real-world counter-terrorist organizations. The game puts players in the middle of close-quarters combat. For the first time in a Rainbow Six game, players will take part in sieges, a new style of assault where enemies have the means to transform their environments into strongholds while Rainbow Six teams have to breach the enemy’s position. Players will be able to fortify their positions by reinforcing walls and floors, using barbed wire, deploy shields and mines.
