Mass Effect 4 was shown at the EA press conference, showing a bevy of “conceptual prototype” images and panning, out of focus, shots of developers. Bioware is working not only on a new Mass Effect, but a new untitled IP. They briefly stated, in regards to their new IP, that they are creating new environments which will feel real and alive. I’m excited for a new Mass Effect, especially after the controversy surrounding the last game and its ending, I really hope it brings a fresh take on the universe. As for the new IP, only time will tell what that will turn out to be.
