E3, one of the world’s most influential gaming conventions, is on the horizon and PvG will be there to cover as much as we can. As we are a new website there is only so much that we can cover with only a two-man team. Although we have passes to E3 we do not have press passes and thus will not be able to cover as much as we would like to. Realistically, we will try and cover the biggest games but most of our coverage will be coming from games that will be playable on the floor. We will try and gather as many pictures, videos, impressions, and news of the event as humanly possible.
Here are some of the things you can expect solid coverage of:
- PS Vita Games
- 3DS Games
- Indie Games
- Major Sports Games
- Anything else on the floor
In addition to game coverage we will also detail our experience at E3. This includes a walkthrough of the show floor, pictures of booths, and our general thoughts and feelings about the show.
As you may already know, many of the major gaming game studios will have press conferences in the days leading up to the actual show. We will be covering those as well providing articles containing information from the conferences. Conference schedules can be found below (all times in PDT):
- Microsoft: Monday, June 9 @ 9:30 a.m.
- EA: Monday, June 9 @ 12 p.m.
- Ubisoft: Monday, June 9 @ 3 p.m.
- Sony: Monday, June 9 @ 6 p.m.
- Nintendo Direct Stream: Tuesday, June 10 @ 9 a.m.
We will be updating all day but expect most of our coverage later on since we still have to write, edit, and upload our material once we return from the show.
We will be updating via Twitter and Instagram from the show floor so if you want to know where we are and what we are covering at that very second, those two are your best bet. If you want to get right to the videos from the show floor you should follow our YouTube channel. If there is something you’d like us to try and focus on, leave us a comment!
